1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CompressFast, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

CompressFast provides an online PDF compression tool. The free tier includes 3 compressions per day with a 20MB file size limit. Pro subscribers receive unlimited compressions with a 100MB limit.

3. Payments, Refunds, and Taxes

• Pro subscriptions are billed as a one-time payment for the license period.
• All payments are processed securely through PayPal.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Users are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or similar charges in their jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload files containing malware, illegal content, or copyrighted material you do not own.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, file size limits, or authentication.
• Use automated tools or scripts to access the service without permission.
• Resell or redistribute the compression service as part of another product.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the documents you upload. CompressFast does not claim ownership over your files or their contents.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including data loss or file corruption.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms, without prior notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
